Vicki previously worked for one of Australia’s largest broker aggregation companies -Australian Finance Group (AFG).  Having been there for a total of 14.5 years, Vicki worked as a Business Development Manager for 11 years and the most recent 3.5 years as a business coach specialising in Business / Strategic Planning and Process Anaylsis.   On leaving AFG, Vicki developed her own Coaching business – Broker Innovation (Clear Business Solutions) until taking the opportunity with her husband Brett Morgan to purchase National College of Dance and Marie Walton Mahon Dance Academy

Vicki has an Advance Diploma in Management, Diploma of Finance (Mortgage Broking Management) Certificate IV TAE40110 in Training and Assessment.

Vicki oversees the General Administration, accounts management and marketing.
